Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using the IndAsset platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

IndAsset provides tools to help individuals and families track assets, record nominee and beneficiary information, calculate an indicative Estate Readiness / Safety Score, store documents, and receive prioritised action recommendations.

The Service is provided "as is" for organisational purposes only. The Safety Score and all metrics are indicative and based solely on the information you enter.

IndAsset does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Safety Score, action items, insights, and all other outputs are for informational and self-organisation purposes only.

Consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor, licensed advocate, or certified financial planner before making any financial or estate planning decisions.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of all asset, nominee, and document information you enter
• Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential
• Ensuring you have the right to upload any documents stored on the platform
• Complying with all applicable Indian laws

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Notify us immediately at security@assetsafety.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

The Free tier is provided at no cost and includes the features described on the Pricing page.

The Pro tier is billed annually via Razorpay. We do not store your card details. Pro subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including a 14-day money-back guarantee on new Pro subscriptions.

The IndAsset platform, its branding, scoring algorithms, and user interface are owned by IndAsset. Your data remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process and store your data solely to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndAsset is not liable for financial loss from reliance on the Safety Score or action items, loss of data due to technical failure, delays or interruptions in the Service, or actions by family members you grant access to.

Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that period.

You may close your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
